Best vegan Chipotle-Mayo/Sandwich Sauce!!! SUPERTASTY

Ingredients:

  • 125ml soy milk
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 250 ml oil (can be olive, sunflower, rapeseed)
  • 1 tea spoon chipotle powder (or real chipotles, or smoked paprika powder)
  • 1 tea spoon chilli powder
  • 2 table spoons of cider vinegar
  • 1/2 table spoon salt

How to:

Step 1: Make sure the soy milk has the same temperature as the oil, either it's fridge temperature or room temperature.

Step 2: Put everything together into the blender and mix it until the garlic is resolved in the mayo.
