Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients:
- 1 whole cauliflower
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
How to:
Step 1: Cut the garlic as small as you can and mix it with a lot of salt and pepper into a bowl with olive oil. (You can be creative and add other spices if you have them in your kitchen!)
Step 2: Cut the cauliflower into pieces like you cut normally brokkoli. (Like you see it on the picture.)
Step 3: Put the cauliflower pieces on a baking dish with paper and coat every piece of the cauliflower with the oil mixture. (With a brush it's easier, but you can also use a tea spoon.)
Step 4: Put the baking dish into the oven for 25 minutes (or until the cauliflower is golden.)
